    Bad news is I gained 1.4 pounds since last week. :(
    Good news is I lost 2.4 pounds since yesterday as yesterday morning I weighed 141 pounds!

    Bad news is I have to lose 4.4 pounds to get back to my June 5th weight which was 134.2 pounds.
    Good news is I am still down 31.5 pounds from my highest weight which was 170.1 pounds on June 1st, 2016.

    For the first time I am really dreading a weigh-in. This week has been a total mess, I have a total mess. My fall allergies hit suddenly and hit hard. My head has felt like it is filled will solid rock, breathing through my nose is impossible and breathing through my mouth is a chore. My throat is sore. My head aches. My face hurts. The teeth feel like they are being pushed out of my gums. Wallowing in my misery, I have made awful food choices all week. I stayed within my calorie budget but have lived on junk food, hot tea (with lots of cream and sugar) and sushi (with enough washabi I can breath a little). I proved it is quite easy to drink 500 calories worth of tea in a day. I have taken every over the counter sinus med I can find. Some left me sleepy, some left me wired, none helped and they all killed my appetite.

    The zombies finally caught up with me. Not a great way to end the month.

    The loss of a pound in a week is a grand thing. I wish I could tell myself to keep up the good work but last week was a fuster cluck. This week I will make better choices, starting with a real breakfast.

    Thank you Team Gutbusters for giving me a place to feel safe while I whine and complain. Without you, I think I'd still be a wreck today.

My husband has horrible allergies and does Flonase daily and then takes Advil Cold & Sinus (generic store brand) when they get bad. Hope you can find relief and I'm awfully glad you're on this ride with us! :star:

    Sorry!!! I forgot to weigh in yesterday. Not my best week--2nd week of school stress combined with lack of planning. Good lesson for me to have plenty of healthy snacks at work so I don't STUFF MY FACE and also to take time to chill so I don't binge on treats at night. I am not letting perfection get in the way of progress, though.
