@BonnieHosk85 It was the best walk ever! He's got my dad's long legs and I had to put in a bit of an effort to keep up so there was a little exercise involved. I only get to see him every few months and then usually I have to share him with the rest of the family but for nine miles my 6'4" 30 year old baby was all mine.3

Recording late as I was traveling back home.Getting better.This time I faced the worst pains in my leg and numbness off and on.My body alignment is out of order.Body has moved to right side and not coming back .Do pray for me.

Later today my kiddos are leaving for their homes and I'm going to do some meal prep. Cooking up some salmon to get my healthy fats in for this week's challenge. What are you adding to your diet this week to increase your healthy fats?3 -
I am adding some nuts (walnut or almond) each day in a small amount to my lunch.

Not bad since I forgot to weight first thing this morning and its that TOM, expect it to be much lower next week.
Adding some avocado to my tacos tonight for healthy fat and been switching slowly to all plant based, its helped tons with inflammation.3
