Hello!
Back to school tomorrow for my family and we have decided to keep a “fit family” calendar and track at least 30 minutes of physical activity together every day. Today we went for a little hike for close to an hour and this evening we played badminton for a half hour.
I had a great day for eating and tonight I’m going to bed feeling really great and in control.

I am not sure if there is anyone on our team that is in the path of this hurricane off the east coast of the US. Hurricane Dorian is battering the Bahamas and headed to the east coast of FL and predicted to travel up the east coast of the US as a major hurricane. Prayers are needed for all involved.3
