Team Challenge: Letβs get excited about our weight loss goals for October as a team! Please post your goal of pounds you want to lose in October and I will track and post updates!
We are all in this together! Letβs see what we can lose as a whole team!
Team So Far!! October GOAL of pounds to lose:
@slimn2016 3.1 lbs
@fitness327wk 3 lbs
βTrick or Treatβ per Wikipedia:
The "treat" is usually some form of candy, although in some cultures money is used instead. (Sally: Our treat is feeling great with weight loss!) The "trick" refers to a threat, usually idle, to perform mischief (Sally: Habits keeping us from our goals) on the homeowners or their property if no treat is given. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trick-or-treating
βοΈ How are going to treat and not trick yourself this month? Treat yourself by losing weight and feeling healthy!
βοΈ How many pounds as a team can we treat than tricking ourself from habits that are keeping us from our goals??
October here we come!!! Workout ποΈββοΈποΈββοΈWarriors on a mission!

Hi Everyone - Just to update you all... The MRI of my knee has confirmed I do have a Medial Meniscal Tear in my right knee. I am still undergoing physical therapy, now have a knee brace, have had two cortisone injections and am on a new NSAID to help with the pain.
The pain is still pretty severe, even on Motrin, with the brace, and on the new NSAID. Recovery is expected to be 6-8 weeks with a re-eval at that time. At this time they are considering my case non-surgical. Hopefully the condition will not worsen, if it does, the knee may lock and then it would require surgery.
Regardless, I think my fall activities are on hold for the now.
Hope everyone has a great weekend, continue this soon!
