@Fitness327wk did you record my weigh in for today? I donβt remember if you record or just Greg.
Had a good day today. Our Walmart just got an in-store sushi chef and she was just charming and so excited that this was the second day they have been offering fresh sushi so I bought some for dinner. Probably ate more than I should have but itβs something my kids love, too, so we all shared and split up the calories lol.
Hope you have a great night, Warriors!2 -

Sorry for the late posting. I lost my fitbit the evening of Thursday (9/5) so I carried my phone around to count my steps that night and during the day on Friday until I could find it. Is there a way to edit my Fitbit to show the correct steps. Looked online but only found directions for the computer, not the app.2 -

Hi Everyone, Welcome to Friday!
This weekend should be interesting... For those of you that do not know, several weeks back I was walking down an incredible flight of stairs and at the bottom, I felt a pop in my knee followed by severe pain... The ortho clinic say's it is my knee cap - bone on bone and ordered Physical Therapy. I did not agree and felt it was something more severe, after all, I am the one who can feel where it hurts and it is not the knee cap...
Physical Therapy listened to me objectively and then did a very thorough exam on my knee. They are 90% positive I have torn my meniscus and also do not concur with the ortho clinic. I have been through two PT appointments now and the leg is in constant and severe pain, locks and then pops with an intense increase in pain... NOT FUN! Now I am in the process of trying to force the ortho clinic to go the next step and order an MRI to r/o meniscal tear.
On the up side, I lost 3 pounds this week even though I can barely walk...
Will update more later. Have a great weekend and keep up all the good work...
Steve

Steve, I hope they can get you in for an MIR as soon as possible.... I can't believe that the doctors didn't order one before sending you to PT. I hope you can recover well and fast...best to you.0 -
