NSV this week: no more bra pain, yay!
I moved my Fitbit to my left wrist again. My hand had been going numb and I couldnβt tolerate anything on my wrist or fingers. Itβs feeling better now. I think itβs because I was rolling on top of my arm and pinching it. I definitely considered that a side effect of my weight gain.
The week ahead I plan to move that scale some more but Iβm feeling better in my skin than I was 3 weeks ago so I am happy with that!2 -

WHEN I WAS AT BALBOA NAVY MEDICAL CENTER - ORTHOPEDICS HOSPITAL STARTING THE LONG PROCESS OF BE ABLE TO WALK AGAIN I GOT TO MEET SYLVESTER STALLONE WHEN HE VISITED THE NAM VETS IN RECOVERY.
EVER SINCE THEN I HAVE FOLLOWED HIM THROUGH HIS CAREER. THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE INSPIRATIONAL QUOTES BY ROCKY BALBOA.
AND TRUST ME MY FRIENDS I FELL A LOT BACK THEN AND STILL DO TO THIS DAY, BUT I PICK MYSELF UP DUST MYSELF OFF AND MOTOR ON....
