    I'm trying not to get discouraged-- I know that fat doesn't shed immediately at this point for me---but I cannot seem to NOT revert to disappointment with that darn scale😖😣.

    Reminding myself that it's a marathon, not a sprint.

    Hello team. I have been MIA. I went on a vacations and thought I could do that and stay active in the group but that was a big failure. I got back in town on Monday and it seems like I’ve been going ever since. Here’s my weight:

    CW : 202.4

    Happy Friday!! I did successfully accomplish my goals this week yay yay!!! now 2 lose at least three or four pounds by next Friday not too much pressure lol
