    I WAS JUST BROWSING THE COMMUNITY SECTION OF MFP AND STUMBLE ACROSS A 30 DAY WALKING WALKING CHALLENGE
    AS YOU CAN SEE ABOVE THAT WEIGH IN WAS JUST HORRIBLE X'S 10..... THAT ENDS NOW.
    HERE IS MY PROPOSAL TO ALL OF US ON THE WARRIORS ... JOIN ME ON THIS 30 DAY ADVENTURE OF WALKING . THERE IS A BEGINNERS PROGRAM AS WELL AS AN INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED PROGRAMS.

    ❌ No food after dinner
