Ive been sick for a week now and it's only getting worse I'm beginning to become a little concerned will call the doctor tomorrow...
I want to challenge myself to stay focused even through this illness..
So for this week is to exercise at least three times get my water in and log my food

Hello!
Back to school tomorrow for my family and we have decided to keep a βfit familyβ calendar and track at least 30 minutes of physical activity together every day. Today we went for a little hike for close to an hour and this evening we played badminton for a half hour.
I had a great day for eating and tonight Iβm going to bed feeling really great and in control.
