    Ive been sick for a week now and it's only getting worse I'm beginning to become a little concerned will call the doctor tomorrow...
    I want to challenge myself to stay focused even through this illness..
    So for this week is to exercise at least three times get my water in and log my food
    I will take it slow and finish strong!

    Main goal: lose 10 pounds this month starting at 236.4 lbs.
    My 3 Daily goals:
    1) 13,000 steps
    2) 30+ minutes of exercise
    3) 64 oz water

    September 2: We had QUITE a spread at our hunting camp so, no, I am not posting it. Sorry :(:(:(

    Hello!
    Back to school tomorrow for my family and we have decided to keep a β€œfit family” calendar and track at least 30 minutes of physical activity together every day. Today we went for a little hike for close to an hour and this evening we played badminton for a half hour.

    I had a great day for eating and tonight I’m going to bed feeling really great and in control.
