For healthy fats, I ate up all my avocados over the long weekend. Tomorrow is salmon! My scale loves it when I eat salmon.4

Just got that in under the wire!😅. We got home from our 10 day vacation tonight, after dropping my youngest off at college and then headed to Cape Cod for a little R&R. I’m sorry I havent kept up, and the scale reflects all the lobster, clams, quahogs and fish and chips I ate! Not to worry. Back on the horse tomorrow! I am ready for a great September!!6

This is the usual in weight loss journey for me -- lose several lbs. then hang out for a while. Really didn't do anything last week to encourage weight loss though. This week is all hurricane prep so unsure how week 2 will shake out.6 -
Terrible and embarrassing day today.
I literally ate EVERYTHING in site. 🙄
Now my anxiety is insane
Uggggh I've had those days too. It usually happens during certain days of the month or general stress. And that feeling of having to start over sucks! But this is what I tell myself to get out of that anxiety cycle: You WILL succeed. Dust yourself off, that day is over and start fresh today. Promise us and yourself that you'll stay on track this week. One off day will dissapear into an awesome week. We know you're going to kill it! Let's go!3 -

Thankful to have a maintain this week, especially since I weighed 140.0 pounds yesterday.
That means I lost 1.4 pounds since yesterday.
Need to re-lose 4.4 pounds to get back to my June 5th weight from 3 months ago.
It's taking forever!4 -
Feeling crappy and embarrassed about yesterday. I did great with activity and then went completely off the wagon with food and drinks. Arrrgh!5

I'm not hungry at the moment so I'm wondering if I maybe missed something, but I don't know what that would be.

Exercise today? Nope - just the usual sedentary desk lifestyle. I want to move more but need to fight myself to do it!

You got this! Forget about yesterday - it's gone. Tomorrow is a new day for eating healthy and tracking your food.
I am pushing myself to exercise more so I don't have to worry about a meal taking out my calorie goal. Those Max 30 videos torch 250-300 cals in 30 minutes! Now if I could just get up from this couch....4 -

It was a tough week but I have a plan to eat less and exercise more😎.. I did exercise for 20 minutes today. I am committed to start tracking... I want to lose 5 Ibs this month. That’s my goal. I just have to go get it or lose it.4 -
