    Exercise: Did a bodypump class of 30 minutes with a total of 20kg weights. Oh boy! I feel so sore. Walked 10km and 14.5k steps.

    Fasted 18 hours. Stopped eating at 7pm today so aiming for a 2pm first meal tomorrow!

    Taking my first set of measurements tomorrow! I will also take my first progress picture.

    Compliment of the day: the trainer of my hardest fitness class asked me what kind of job I have because I look so trained... she almost didn't want to believe my office job. I feel like flying! If now only the fat would leave too... I bet she scared off some fat cells.

    Daily post my day went from good to bad with eating an i was not stressed out or anything it just happened.An i know the 2 little sneaks who snuck in my meals.
    Other wise all foods were health choice .

    Steps miles an calorie burn. Becauhse with rehab its very hard for me to get any steps in so i know this be a challenge for me. I need start at bottom of l500 steps they told me today at rehab.

    I just ate an apple and my stomach is so full!

    For dinner.....I made deviled eggs. Chives, cheddar, jalapeño spice.
    Then I realized I didn’t use the mayo. 🙌🏻 Good stuff!

    Will jog & swim in a little bit.
