Maintain for me this week which is so frustrating when I’m so close to that mini goal but I have to remind myself I’m only 1lb off my goal for October and there’s plenty of time to reach my next goal of 190 for Christmas.
I’ve had a bit of a stressful week at work and so haven’t eaten a lot. I think it always surprises me that eating a lot less doesn’t actually transfer to a loss on the scales for me. Who knows!?

I'm frustrated that my efforts didn't translate to a loss on the scale this week. Just really wanted to see onderland this month.... *sigh* Time to shake off my disappointment and look to the future. I know if I stay the course I will reach my goal.1 -

October Grand Finale - TBBT came in 4th (out of 5 teams) for the month of October, however, we did manage to lose 20.7 lbs as a team which is a great accomplishment. Let’s see how we can improve for November!

3 hours of gardening work.
My daughter and I volunteered at local community garden yesterday morning. We helped clean up the garden for the winter. It was actually a lot of fun. I felt like it was a great way to end a sluggish October. But I'm in rest and recovery mode today. I'm still so out of shape.
