Exercise: Y......15K steps including 25 and 60 minute walks.
Calories: Y ......made it 5 minutes until midnight when the hot wings rolled in here at work tonight . Had a few and as a result needed to tap into the exercise calories. Oh well ....that’s what they’re there for......

Was in my feet all day due to a moving/garage sale. Nonstop from 6am to 4pm, then some shopping and dinner at a friend's house. I'm beat and exhausted but it was a successful day and now I can sleep!4 -
I know it's too late to join, but I'm trying to get back on the right track and this group helps a lot! Managed three days of sticking to calories, two days of tracking and yesterday I managed to get a 60-minute walk in. Got food planned for today and determined to get some exercise.3

@RangerRickL i was "peachpastries" first then "dancefloortragedy", life got in the way and i couldn't stay on track regularly and i always prefer to start "fresh" when i'm starting over again after a while0

A bit under calories for day. Quite an evening struggle to not eat something after 9 pm. Just kept remembering to focus on my goals. A difficult internal debate. One step at a time.2 -
