11/11 196.9 My scale is doing the yo-yo thing. Up and down, up and down. Last week Thursday I was down to 195 and then yesterday it shot up again. At least down a bit again from yesterday

Team TBBT - for a variety of reasons I have made the decision to leave the biggest loser challenge. I have already spoken to Christine ( @cmhubbard92 ) and she has graciously agreed to step up to be captain of your team. She already does a wonderful job with motivation and support. I know it will just get better.
That being said - the team now needs a co-captain. The role is really just to support the team and be willing to enter the weights into the spreadsheet if Christine is out of pocket. Let Christine know if you are willing to take the role and she will work with Ashley ( @AB0215 ) to get you set up.
Good luck to you all on your weight loss journey.
Like Christine, I’m also sad to see you go and want to thank you for all your support.

Not a huge loss but I did drop into the 140s! Yay!5 -

I have already spoken to Christine ( @cmhubbard92 ) and she has graciously agreed to step up to be captain of your team. She already does a wonderful job with motivation and support. I know it will just get better.

Urgh. I'll this week and PMS hit too. Bad choices, going to bed early and missing exercise. Shows how easy it is to start gaining again.
Feeling better and a bit more focused. Weekend is at the in laws though who are notorious feeders and almost feel like they try and sabotage our efforts (argued last time when we refused to take a load of frozen pizzas with us). So my plan is a good week and damage limitation for the weekend.2 -

I too have some "feeders" in the family who push food. In the recent past, instead of arguing, I accepted the food and disposed of it in the trash once home. I've decided that I am not their garbage/food disposal any longer!3 -
