Exercise: Day one of 80 Day Obsession
Today, I started my new workout program 80 Day Obsession. I did the full hour and was able to do most of the exercises. There were a couple that I had to modify the modifier but I'm OK with that. My goal is to do the best that I can do and NOT try to do the best that those on the TV screen can do.

Thank you for your support I appreciate it.
Because my son has colon cancer & now it's all through him. I have to go for a Colonoscopy tomorrow and lung test. I'm nervous, I cant eat any food today and tomorrow till after the procedures. So hopefully all of the weight I gained in the last 5 days will go away.

Yep, you're going to be totally cleaned out, I've been through that prep! Definitely weigh afterward, you're never going to have an emptier system! Good luck with the colonoscopy and lung test!1 -

1. Gym 3xs a week- went yesterday and am going tomorrow
2. 30 minutes exercise a day- done
3. Decluttering- did some, need to top off garbage can for tomorrow night and recycle can is full. @AustinRuadhain you just reminded me that I was in the middle of taking stuff to throw away in the garage, I got distracted when my Instant pot was done and am drinking my tea and forgot to finish!
4. Social media- almost forgot to check in, spent a lot of time checking out eggplant recipes.
5. Trigger foods- all good on the sugar front, I did sample a cauliflower tater tot at Trader Joe's and it wasn't worth the calories!
New food discovery, fennel in herbal teas is amazing! I shouldn't be surprised, I love roasted fennel.1 -
