I apologize for my abscence my back went out on me Monday and Ive been too down to participate so maybe I have to go to the cheering squad until I can get myself together! Im at Ortho Dr now...only good things the weight loss but for all the wrong reasons!!!4

So one of my favorites is Chicken Alfredo, Chef Greg any ideas how I can make a healthier, lower calorie version of this at home?2 -

__ no junk food
__ log All food and close diary
__ no eating after 6pm
My 5 y.o. granddaughter is coming to spend the weekend with me and we’re going to do Christmasy stuff!3 -

Yummmmm! Chicken Alfredo!
We ate out Thai food last night. I got my favorite "Tofu Pad Thai" which is about 950 calories. Thank goodness I brought half of it home for another night. How can I lower these calories and make it healthier?2 -

Trying to stay consistent at a 2-2.5 weekly loss. Will be doing more fitness training and less pickleball to build/maintain muscle mass. Got with my new nutritionist at the fitness training center and we changed my eating schedule and she wants me to eat cleaner and no dairy products. I still use it regularly and worked my way up to the highest incline/arch level.... takes all the gravity off of your spine and releases.

I love Chinese, but rarely go out to eat it bc it's so high in calories (and sodium too).... General Gao's is a family favorite... and I have an air fryer... 🤔 how can I make General Gao's more healthy??1 -
