    @jadepearl yeah let’s do it! It’s hard to lose those last three or four kg I know 🙄 but think of how going to feel when you get there!

    Hi guys hope you all had a lovely thanksgiving and spent some quality time with your loved ones. I am still stuck and struggling at 85 kg but at least I know the problem... it’s your friend and mine, Mr Al K Hol. Hehe

    Yes, so my new plan is to go alcohol free 6 days per week. Let’s see how that goes!

    So freakin hot here 18-40 C today and tomorrow! We have a lot of smoke around from forest fires too. But at least I have been to the beach for a swim two mornings in a row and have beeen playing a heap of sport this week. So keep going everyone and let’s make one more push before Christmas.

    Thanks for all your nice comments regarding my food 😊. I have started to make changes to my diet to eliminate or should I say reduce some of the unhealthy elements. On a positive note have included yoga now to help with overall fitness and flexibility.
