    Ugh. Not sure why it’s so hard fir me to have one bad day (sat) and not be able to get back the next. No tracking sun ur Mon. Ugh. Oh well. We are leaving this weekend to go up to NY for the holidays. Will be there until the day after Christmas. Will try my best. No! you know what, I WILL do my best. Keep at it. Success doesn’t come from giving up.

    @vicky2767 I am the same way, one bad day and I have a week where I just can't get it together. I am currently experiencing this myself. And these next 2 days I've decided I AM going to get it together and stick to the plan.

    Comments Besides my Kettlebell Workout I went on a 4 hour bike ride. Halfway through we stopped at a restaurant for lunch. Luckily the food was horrible!
