    My goals are usually the same every week.
    -30 mins of exercise 5 days a week
    -Only have treats on Friday and Saturday
    -Only go over calories on Saturday

    I've already messed up for this week and it's only Tuesday! My 7 year old came home from school on Friday sick and miserable. Yesterday I took her to the Dr and she tested positive for strep and influenza. She seems to be on the mend now but of course the other 3 are starting to show some symptoms. We had a very lazy day today so I'm hoping they don't get as bad as their sister. But exercise was out of the question this morning because I was busy cuddling and refilling drinks. And for some reason sitting around being lazy makes me crave treats more than normal and I gave in to those cravings :s

    @thedestar I hope your little ones feel better quickly! I have the same problem when just sitting around, so I try to stay busy if I can!

    Goals for this week
    - Not give into cravings - I still have gave into the cookies but they were in my calorie budget and I stopped at a couple instead of the whole pack.

    - Track as best as I can - ✓✓

    - At least 3 days of intentional exercise ✓✓

    - Work on handmade Christmas present projects and gift wrap - Began working on projects this afternoon.

    This week is going much better then last.



    @brandi_84 Great job sticking to your goals! And what kind of gifts are you making? I don't have the creative touch when it comes to making gifts for people, always looks like little kid crafts. I guess that will be handy one day when/if I have kids!

    I woke up an hour early today (1am) because the dogs wouldn't stop running around and it turned into cleaning up the kitchen, followed by starting to wrap Christmas gifts... I got two done before I ran out of tape! I don't even know how!

    Too much salt in my BLT's last night. I weighed in on Monday morning just for fun and was at 250.. Next week I'll watch my salt intake.
