I’m proud of that number. I tried to watch what I was eating - not going out a lot, and then not eating when I wasn’t hungry. Twice this week at dinner time I felt like I needed to eat something, but then thought, well I’m not hungry, so why eat? Hopefully things keep going in that direction.

Slow but steady. I started at 240 lbs back in July with a goal to get to 220 by my birthday (Oct 31) which I did and then 215 by end of year (figuring that Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays would be tough) but 0.9 lbs (and maybe a bit more?) to go over the next 10 days looks very doable. 2019 is shaping up (along with me) to be a good year!3 -

I don’t think I’ve ever made the winners list on any challenge I’ve been on.
Don’t think this week will be good, my husband just came home with a chocolate birthday cake and we are going to Olive Garden for supper, I don’t think they have anything very healthy there3 -

I couldn’t find a scale Sunday so I weighed in today after we got back from visiting family. I knew I would likely gain after all of the eating and drinking. That’s okay but I will admit that I was hoping to be under 200 by January 1. There’s still a week left but I don’t think I will lose 2 pounds in the coming week.1 -
