I have not seen a spinach leaf or egg all week. Not allowed! 🍃🥳
Ate a bunch of goodies. My last goodies will be consumed today....grilled steak & homemade Mac n Cheese......then back to my diet!
If anyone drinks tea to help appetite between meals or control sweet cravings....David’s Tea....is having a Sale....which includes their Tea Press tumbler!
I love it........and, makes brewing loose tea a ..........breeze!
(Yea...making fresh tea can be a messy time consuming affair!)
Drinking herbal tea between meals is a huge reason why I do not overeat....or, waste calories on delicious snacks! 😭
