I didn't do much at all this week in terms of eating well and exercising but the scale didn't go up...ready for a solid and focused week.

Great loss though, especially if you weren't working on it! Congrats!

    Sunday Check In

Calories: under, but not by much
Water: got in 64 oz which hits my goal (for now), but I need to work up to 80
Exercise: Went for a walk, and am about to do a workout on my bike, when hubby gets off of it. Funny that he's been home all day (I haven't), but when I mention I'm about to get on it, he makes a bee-line. Big sigh. Oh well, it gave me time to get on here and talk to all of y'all!

I have meal-planned only for tonight and tomorrow, so I still need to try to wrap that up tomorrow. But the grand baby could make an appearance any time and will definitely be here by Friday, so, I'll admit I'm a bit distracted by that. LOL.

We're off to a fabulous start to the week, thanks to our Sunday Weigh In folks. Y'all are putting the pressure on the rest of us! I love it!

    Sunday Check In

I had a good meal prepping and planning, water drinking day but not enough steps today.

    Opportunities for Sunday

    1. Workout in the morning❌
    2. Stick to the meal plan - no chocolate - lets try this again✅
    3. Drink 100oz water✅
    4. Get 10,000 steps in❌
    5. Meal plan for the week✅

I went to Costco today and they some different food today that I think will serve me well - some plant based cauliflower crackers, Keto chocolate bites and some yummy soup that’s not too high in sodium. All of this is so good for me as grab and go for work.

    Opportunities for Monday:
    1. Workout in the morning
    2. Walk at lunch - it’s getting colder this week so I want to take advantage while I can
    3. Follow the habit tracker

I forgot to say that I DO want to do the step challenge. I’ll post steps for today in the morning.

And for anyone who’s curious, even though this might look like a competition, it doesn’t have to be a competition with anyone other than yourself. You can do it and just challenge yourself to get a few more steps in—more steps than the got the day before or more steps than you might have if you weren’t tracking. It’s all about supporting each other and striving to do our best every day, even if or especially when we are tired or just need that little extra motivation. Come on and join the fun!

    Sunday check in

    Calories: under
    Exercise: none
Water: not enough but lots of coffee!

Spent almost 6 hours in the car driving my daughter and family to the airport in Toronto. Traffic was really heavy due to an accident. It was really sad saying goodbye to them. My granddaughter is 3 months old and I won’t see her again until her 1st birthday. They live in Scotland and we are going to visit in October.

My husband goes back to work tomorrow after a 2 week break. I am looking forward to getting into a routine again.

Monday opportunities (have to steal this too)

    1. Workout at gym (strength train and elliptical)
    2. Walk 60 minutes total
    3. Work on water intake

    Exercise - 35 minute swim

My Apple Watch died in my today and I am super bummed I was up to 400 days in a row hitting my move goal and now I will have to start over when I get a new one. Mine was pretty old and had been thinking about getting a new one anyways, I’m just sad it died before I did.

    Monday Goals
Stay under calories and whole30 compliant
    Attend Pole Fitness class
    Order my new watch

Hopefully your step count will be attached to your Apple ID, not the hardware. Fingers crossed for you.
