So, my goals this week are to drink at least 64 oz water per day and reach 10k steps per day.
I have been watching everyone's posts and am so inspired by all the hard work! Go team!3 -

Stay under for calories
Walk at least 5 miles I need to catch up on my monthly goal of 122 for the month. I’m trending behind right now.
Increase fluid intake, I’m slightly dehydrated so I need to watch that today. I’m not really a water only person I do count all liquids other then alcohol that I drink, but I’ve noticed that the last couple of days I’m not drinking much of anything so today I am going to be more mindful of that.2 -
