I was looking over my fitbit stats and discovered something interesting. My resting heart rate increased right when I started eating all the Christmas junk and dropped once I quit!

Good morning
Unfortunately I was in the hospital the last few days (everything is okay just over did it at work) so I did not weigh in this week. Would it be possible to carry my weight from last week.7 -

Not happy, but not surprised either. My son is officially off to basic training and I am back to work. I have refocused on my gym workouts. I started doing circut training this week to combat my boredom at the gym. I plan to get back down by Thur!4 -
5 random facts...this is harder than expected
1. I have been with my husband for 25 years ( married 23). First met when we were 19.
2. I've known my husband's family longer than him. I played youth/school basketball with one cousin and his other cousin was my high school lab partner.
3. I've worked in retail for 25 years (only 2 different companies.) Started in college and never left.
4. Growing up I didn't like choc cake, choc ice cream, potato chips, hot dogs, pb&j, any salads with mayo, and much more. Needless to say I ate practically nothing at every childhood birthday party/ picnic.
5. As a child, I grew up down the street from a bread bakery. My Hungarian grandma called it Hunky bread (thick Italian like bread) A quarter bought a warm loaf we would rip apart right out the paper bag. I blame them for my love of bread and my thick thighs 😂🤣5 -

The ”current” weight is the rolling average from Friday and not today - I don’t want to count the food poisoning dehydration as weight loss, it would just mess me up next week trying to beat the number when I actually want to gain back the hydration and strength.4 -

Started feeling a cold coming on on sunday and was travelling all day. After being taken out by some vile virus in December I was scared it was coming back! Woke up a bit feverish on monday (my day off) so made myself do nothing all day and also had a working from home day on wednesday to help rest up. My week of taking it easy means I'm well again today but killed my steps for the week!3 -

Everyone on any team is welcome to use our habit tracking spreadsheet. The tracking starts on Sunday, but please go in and set up your name and list of habits before then if you can. Here is how it works:

2.go to the bottom, and choose your team from the tabs
3.put your MFP use name in the column on the left (highlight "name" and type in yours to replace it)
4.add up to five habits you want to track daily
5.check the box when you do it!-
It is completely up to you to update your own tracking. Do it every time you finish, daily, weekly - however you want. Just be sure it is complete at the end of every Saturday so we can include this in the weekly winners circle!

No habit tracking for me, just doesn't let me in.... I can get into the weight/steps etc one but the new one wont load. One less thing for me to obsess over I suppose!1 -

2020 Week 1
Congratulations everyone on a very impressive first week. As a total we amassed over three quarters of a million steps!!! First week kudos goes to @kilobykilo who surpassed 100,000 steps in the week - very impressive. A great week for everyone!
