All in all - I am enjoying what I am getting from it and have decided that I'll continue being in it, at least until I give a couple of my lower points more effort and ask for help; no sense crying foul when I haven't given 100%!!
In spite of all my exercising I can;t seem to lose weight if my life depended on it lol.
