Took my little dog to get his teeth cleaned this morning. Dropped him off at 830, but they had an emergency come in and didn't get to him until 330. Poor little guy hadn't eaten since 600 the previous evening. Now he is just sleeping it off.1 -

Hey guys, I've been trying out an online journal (journey.cloud) and so far I really like it, gives you the option to add a lot of things including pictures and you can use it from pc or from the app for your phone, and right now it's on sale for 17.99 for the year (normally 29.99 USD) for the paid version that gives you some extra features, although the free functionality is pretty great too, if you want to journal about your journey, this is a nice option, just wanted to share!1

Good morning! I left my phone on the bus yesterday. I got ahold of the bus driver. She said well, your going to have to main office and pick it up. But not until tomorrow. I said where is that? She said it was only a couple block from bus station. So I woke up this morning and it was pouring out. Ended up going down down. It ended up being 10 city blocks or 2.5 miles. So I got a decent walk in today. Lesson learned! Always hold on to your phone...lol2

I’ve also been feeling down so not too surprised I am slowly going back up, but I decided today is the day I turn this around. I actually went (slow) jogging for the first time in a long time. 45 min. It’s a start.
