    I have been in a real slump this weekend - no exercise and very few steps. I did a lot of meal prepping today - decided to do that instead of exercise. I feel like I am set up for the week and now just need to get my body moving again.

    Goals for tomorrow:
    1. Workout in the morning
    2. Walk at lunch
    3. Drink 100oz

    Sunday Check In

    Calories: under
    Exercise: 7.6 miles on the exercise bike; made myself ride before starting my day and that felt great!
    Water: did good today!

    Monday's opportunities:
    Will be traveling all day, so I have to make wise choices in food.
    Exercise goal--hope to get home in time to do a bike ride, but that might not happen. Steps will be almost non-existent because I'll be in a car all day.
    Carry my water bottle and keep refilling it!

    Hey y'all, I'm going to do the No Junk Food Challenge this week if anyone wants to join me. Feel free to tweak it if you need to. The pictures says it's a 21-day challenge but let's start with just this week and see where it goes!

    I'm just setting up the February spreadsheets, cleaning up the January - general maintenance. Have you all looked at the FINALE column in your spreadsheet? It is CRAZY GREEN! There is only one red number so far.

    You reported last weeks weight as 178.8, so technically you stayed same. Can I get your steps from Friday to Sunday?

    Exercise: 1 hour walk (no gym or pool as my dog Molly was sick today)
    Water: goal reached

    Tuesday’s goals
    1. Walk minimum 40 minutes and reach step goal of 9000
    2. Log all food and close diary
    3. Look for new supper ideas on Pinterest

    Rough night last night as I was outside with Molly almost every hour. Pretty tired tonight. She seems better now, so I hope to get some rest tonight.
