Yeah i had 2 lb gain also. But yep all you can do is keep going and tweak it if need be. I try not to get down but it is hard when your feel like your nailing it and nope scale says different. There is times i feel i slack and get a loss. I guess i got to take it as it comes.

@Kin59vara How far have you gotten, I'm still only about half way, although I've got some driving coming up today so I can listen to more of it. But it's reallly interesting the things he's talking about because it's been my experience that what he talks about being true and makes a lot of sense now that I'm thinking about it. And you can find him all over you tube as well. I've shared a couple of videos of him on a channel talking about the book and the ideas in this book and it's on a channel where the guy talks to a lot of people who are coming out with more radical ideas for health, and the guy is a big supporter of intermittent fasting and low carb as well, both of which he talks about being great for his overall health in his experience as well. Some things to think about, but Dr Fung really digs into the science of weight gain and weight loss and a lot of what he talks about are exactly the experience I've had myself and the 2 things that worked for me were low cab and intermittent fasting. And I can't really stress this enough, just because it worked for me, doesn't mean it's what everyone necessarily needs, I do think we're all individuals and that plays a role, however, I don't think anyone should rule anything out until they've tried it themselves to see if it works. You never know until you've tried it. Just my 2 cents here.

I had planned on hiking a new trail along the mtn ridges today w/ 🐕. But snow, then fog, then rain cancelled that because I was not dressed for those conditions. So I was just going to take🐕 to one of our regular trails. We got started, but he was having a hard time walking. Come to find out hubby put the wrong harness on him - which was too small and he couldn't walk in it. 2hours wasted. We were just not meant to walk today. Hope tomorrow we have better luck.0 -
