 The only reason I didn’t track yesterday was because I went to an unexpected birthday party and I didn’t wanna stress about it. But I surprisingly didn’t really eat as much as I thought I would so all pluses

 What is something you are doing/trying to do to stay on track with your plan?
 I try to have a rough plan of the week's meals. I include veggies and fruits in the plan. It doesn't always work out. But even when it doesn't, I do my best to make sure I have balanced meals and be mindful of portion sizes.1

 @brandi_84 That is a good plan! I try to do close to the same thing, but this is the first week I have fully meal prepped for work. The only thing I haven't prepped is the protein for my lunches.0

 I've never been much of a fruits and vegetables eater, but I am eating them a lot more now, as well as more protein. It really makes me feel full longer and less inclined to snack. I have found that I really like roasted cauliflower--never thought I would say that.0
