The only reason I didn’t track yesterday was because I went to an unexpected birthday party and I didn’t wanna stress about it. But I surprisingly didn’t really eat as much as I thought I would so all pluses1 -

An update: because I was sick last week, I did not go to the cardiologist. However, once I am better I am going to take my blood test and see how my cholesterol is doing.1 -

I try to have a rough plan of the week's meals. I include veggies and fruits in the plan. It doesn't always work out. But even when it doesn't, I do my best to make sure I have balanced meals and be mindful of portion sizes.1 -

@brandi_84 That is a good plan! I try to do close to the same thing, but this is the first week I have fully meal prepped for work. The only thing I haven't prepped is the protein for my lunches.0 -
