    Sunday we hosted a “murder at the Disco” murder mystery party. Everyone came in costume. It was hilarious but I’m definitely ate/drank too much. But I have myself the day off and just enjoyed. Back to the plan on Monday.

    I've never been much of a fruits and vegetables eater, but I am eating them a lot more now, as well as more protein. It really makes me feel full longer and less inclined to snack. I have found that I really like roasted cauliflower--never thought I would say that.
