    Well I have completely fallen off the wagon of the mini challenges, but I have tried to track my steps on the spreadsheet. I know tracking food makes a big difference for me, so I have to get back on that. I work out and run (did a 15k on Saturday) but for me it's all food and drink that keeps the weight on. Perhaps March will be better!

    Wow! @sekotsjd another person with a huge loss for the month! 14 pounds and 5.5%!!! That is awesome! :)

    I'm came down with whatever my boyfriend ended up catching. Just woke up feeling gross! I am prepping breakfast/lunch for work tomorrow, and heading to bed nearly 2hrs earlier than usual!

    I’ve got to work on time management. I’m back to exercising but my eating is still bad and I’m not getting my steps in. Too much sitting with my mom and eating out on the way to or from the hospital.

    I ended up calling out of work today. I woke up with a fever and really bad body aches. I slept more than usual, and am starting to feel better. I have been keeping my food logged, but I am doing HORRIBLE today! I am currently 100 calories shy of my daily goal... I just cannot stop eating. I figured I would post now, knowing that I won't be under for the day! The positive for the day is that I have scheduled a physical with a new doctor, and am shockingly looking forward to it, even if it is in April! I am working in getting all my records sent, and am excited to see what kind of improvement I have on paper!

    This month was definitely a big learning month for me! Instead of turning to food to make me happy, I’ve been turning to non food related activities. Since I proved to myself that I can fully commit for a month, I’m gonna keep going! Thank you to everyone who’s said amazing encouragement, it’s really helped! I can’t wait to rock out March now!

    I am out of the mini challenge for the week... turns out I DO have the flu(ugh!). I'm out of work the next two days(essentially until Monday), with a nice mix 0f prescriptions to take, and some rest ordered! I've gotten just over 2k steps, and I can already tell I've overdone it today. I just want to feel better... 😪
