Sorry its late! I've had a rough week so far. On Monday my daughter got sent home from school AGAIN. This time for pink eye so she had to miss two days until she got enough antibiotics to go back. Then I've been sick on top of that. Over the weekend I was achy all over and had the chills constantly and now I have a nasty cough. My brain is so messed up that anytime I'm stressed or sick I think "food will help me feel better!" so my eating this week has been awful.
@cmhubbard92 I'm going out of town this weekend and I won't be able to weigh myself next Monday (17th) so can you roll this weight over?3 -

I am at a training Thursday and Friday and they have SO MANY snacks. I was able to choose the healthy options yesterday and hope that today (Friday) I can make good choices too!
