Going out for Valetine's dinner tonight. We are doing tapas so I'm going to fast/ eat minimally throughout the day to try to balance out dinner because I don't want to worry about calories while I'm enjoying a night out with my BF!

We're at the half-way point and this was a good week despite the long days / late nights at work. I guess the tradeoff of not being able to exercise as much was offset by smaller portions and fewer snacks.3 -
