Hi all, co-captain Mule here. I'm home teleworking and I've been wrestling with VPN and other telemiscommunications all day. This being trapped in a house with cookies in it is not working well for me. That coupled with a loss of my gym routine has put me off track. On the other hand, i've walked every day since the shut down so there's that. I'm curious if we have anyone on the Trimstones or those who live with you that are virus positive? So far, I don't know a soul with the virus. New Mexico hasn't been hit too hard yet and I'm good at holding down my couch. I just completed all three seasons of Ozark. Really liked it--don't watch it if you are offended by the f-bomb every other sentence. :D

Hi Trimstones teammates! I’ve gotta give a huge shout out to the people who put together the April Showers challenge! It’s so awesome and really got me motivated to eat better and move! I’d never pre-logged before... it’s amazing what actually planning what you’re going to eat does for you! And, for those cooped up in the house, there are a bunch of online videos (some live-streaming from the gym!) that can certainly help! So I hope this spreads a ray of sunshine to those who need it!

Think I'll put my goal back up to 10,000. Lots of running around the grocery store (working) and jogging around the kitchen going on. Spent an hour this afternoon disinfecting shopping carts, and more time cleaning credit card pin pads and registers.

Managed to pick the only point in the day that it was raining to go for my permitted outside exercise 🙈

So glad you like it! I put together a real mishmash of suggestions from team members across the whole F2F group - so it was a true group effort. Anyone is welcome to jump in any day - it isn't necessary to be there every day, but it is fun to see which things are being done by people, and which ones are not! No umbrellas required.
