Think I'll put my goal back up to 10,000. Lots of running around the grocery store (working) and jogging around the kitchen going on. Spent an hour this afternoon disinfecting shopping carts, and more time cleaning credit card pin pads and registers.
Thank you for what you do!0 -

Hi Trimstones teammates! I’ve gotta give a huge shout out to the people who put together the April Showers challenge! It’s so awesome and really got me motivated to eat better and move! I’d never pre-logged before... it’s amazing what actually planning what you’re going to eat does for you! And, for those cooped up in the house, there are a bunch of online videos (some live-streaming from the gym!) that can certainly help! So I hope this spreads a ray of sunshine to those who need it!
So glad you like it! I put together a real mishmash of suggestions from team members across the whole F2F group - so it was a true group effort. Anyone is welcome to jump in any day - it isn't necessary to be there every day, but it is fun to see which things are being done by people, and which ones are not! No umbrellas required.

Great news, after a week of trying to stay home and being denied because of the lovely person who its NONE of her business, but she cant help but stick her nose where it doesnt belong, the superintendent ordered everyone that is still working on campus to only work 2 days a week, so I will be working 2 days and for the remaining 3 I will be taking leave due to losing child care. This means I can workout again. I havent worked out in 3 weeks because my life has been insane with working full time, also working more at my part time job due to more restrictive protocols for sick employees (its assisted living so it is very essential) then trying to keep up with basic chores, and homeshooling 4 kids. this is a game changer, I am so excited, lol. I had the option to not work at all, but that would cut my pay too much, and I have way to much work to get done to just not do it, so I opted to continue working some.5

Hi everyone! I'm a newbie here. I was wondering what PW stands for. I'm assuming CW means current weight. Also, my goal will be 6,000 steps a day. I have a desk job but with my exercises I'm hopeful about hitting that number.2

Thank you angmarie28. Also, how do I reply to a specific post that someone wrote instead of just creating a new post that they might not see? Like how you replied to mine.0

I've lost 33 lbs, since I started my weight loss journey on 12/3 (with Noom). I have 18 more lbs to go, and I'm excited to be doing something new. Hopefully I'll be able to connect with some people here who like to post daily about their day, struggles, wins and who are there for support. I think it's very important to be able to discuss our struggles with people who are going through the same thing in order to overcome them and succeed. We are NOT alone!7 -
