    Hi everyone! I'm a newbie here. I was wondering what PW stands for. I'm assuming CW means current weight. Also, my goal will be 6,000 steps a day. I have a desk job but with my exercises I'm hopeful about hitting that number.

    PW-previous weight, as in the weight from last weeks weigh in
    CW-Current weight

    I've lost 33 lbs, since I started my weight loss journey on 12/3 (with Noom). I have 18 more lbs to go, and I'm excited to be doing something new. Hopefully I'll be able to connect with some people here who like to post daily about their day, struggles, wins and who are there for support. I think it's very important to be able to discuss our struggles with people who are going through the same thing in order to overcome them and succeed. We are NOT alone!
