    Day: I kinda failed at everything today lol. The weather sucks so we can’t go outside which was the only thing keeping me sane during this isolation. I ate all my feelings and sat and pouted like a petulant child for most of the day 🤣 I will do better tomorrow!!

    I really didn’t want to enter my foods tonight because we ordered pizza. But I did it anyway to stay accountable. I had about 3300 calories today which is 1800 over target. That roughly negates my target deficits since Sunday weigh in day. So overall I should break even if I practice moderation until this coming weigh in. 😑

    Day: I did a bit better today but still not quite hitting the mark. Tho I’m happy with little improvements every day, should mean I’m back to doing well in another few days lol. It’s supposed to warm up on Saturday so that will help a lot with the movement challenge!

    Day: tired and cranky that I couldn’t work out today because I had to work 4 hours extra. But in turn grateful I’m still employed during this time.

    Slight gain but I've been consistent with my eating and haven't cheated so I'll take it. I was less active since I was on quarantine for a few days, and probably snacked more on fruit.

    March was a tough month diet-wise being on the road earlier and looking forward to better weather so I can at least get out and walk in the mornings (minding my distance) because working from home is tough since it's too easy to snack. I should be able to find more time to exercise now.
