Daily Post Saturday
Track: Yes
Calories: Over
Exercise: yes
Movement: yes! Was still chilly but better so my (4year old) daughter and I went for a 1.5 hour walk in the morning and a 30 minute scooter ride in the afternoon. Felt great!
Day: slowly bringing my eating under control and got to be outside lots today so I feel pretty good about it1 -
Curious if people want to keep the movement challenge up for this new week or add a different challenge for the week?
Other ideas I have:
Drink enough water
No evening snacking
Or mindful eating (less unintentional snacking at any time of day)
Eat more veggies
No junk food
Don’t drink your calories
That’s all I can think of lol -I’m open to suggestions!0 -

I guess I burned a lot of calories with the housework yesterday plus did a deficit of 700 calories instead of the usual 500. It was not fully intended but I was definitely mindful after my pizza binge.2 -

Day: fell good about today. Will start making a real effort to be under my calories tomorrow (my first week back Im always over).
I think I’m going to keep with the movement challenge this week. I’m still being way too sedentary and need to put a focus on getting up more, even if it’s just to walk around the house a few times lol.2 -

My weight is a roller coaster ride Up down, up down. I'm still making progress, and closer to goal than I was when I started in Nov. Anyone else? I'm being superconsistent, surprisingly. Any tips?!
I haven't been tracking just because of time. I'm not really counting macros anymore since I'm doing AIP instead of keto. I really haven't been worrying about calorirs, because I'm eating fresh and clean with no artificial anything, no additives, fillers or preservatives.
If I had to track calories I don't know if I would enjoy eating what I am eating as much. But I bet I could tighten it up that way. Regardless, I'm loosing more than not. I am finally doing something right and it feels good.
Hope you are all staying safe out there2 -

I just got a treadmill up and going, so hopefully I’ll get a little bit back on track. Happy losing.
I'm trying to talk my husband into letting me buy an elliptical (treadmill hurts my knees). He hasn't budged. It's still winter in Alaska so I haven't felt like getting outside to walk. We are in between winter and summer so it is real icy. But its finally above 0 so soon!!!1 -
