My scale is stuck. It goes up and down within a tiny range but just seems to like to stay the same. Ugh. If it stays like this another week Iβm going to have to change something- just not sure what.3 -

Here's my weekly update π Our Governor announced yesterday that school is cancelled for the rest of the year. Which is a bummer, but we were expecting it. This week has been so crazy with the kids school work. For most of the week the older kids didn't even have a chance to watch TV (not that its a terrible loss) because they're taking turns doing school work until dinner, and then after dinner they still have dance classes via zoom. I finished the 8 week Fitness Blender program I started at the end of February! I'm pretty proud that I was able to do the whole thing, didn't skip a workout. My weight loss wasn't huge, but I feel stronger. I was able to do more squats and a longer plank than when I started. I also am able to do a few real push ups now, not a lot, but I've only been able to do them from my knees.

For the MUAC of 4/17, I tracked all day then got careless about weighing item at dinner.

I ended up making *delicious* muffins this morning, and stopped at the local market later. We picked up grinders for lunch and I picked up some london broil (so fresh) and made that for dinner. Paired it with a nice red wine, and had a few extra glasses after which put me over for the day. It was still a great day

Some of my neighbors and I have started social distance working out together outside some mornings. It is really the motivation Iβve been needing to be more active, which also makes me more motivated to eat better and track. Now I just have to cut down on the wine! π
Saturday was the first day I have really done a major project around the house during quarantine. My job has been crazy busy, which I know is a good thing, but yesterday I finally took some time to clean out my closet, which was a huger undertaking. It feels so good to have that completed! That, along with the running I did as part of my workout added up to a huge number of steps for me. Double win!!
