I was trending down in my weight this past week but last night I had a heavy and salty dinner. No regrets as it was delicious! Today I am prepping egg roll in a bowl and shrimp/veg stir fry. My spouse requested I fry some wonton strips to add to the bowls so hopefully I can control myself and not eat too many.1 -

My weight gain is no surprise. After the death of a coworker to coronavirus, the first staff death from our facility, I haven't been tracking my food and workouts have become few and far between. I'm trying to focus on my mental health and I know that everything else will follow but it's been a struggle.6 -
