    I missed walking with Leslie yesterday. I had poor sleep and wasn't able to wake up before getting tied to stationary work all day. Today's another sit at the desk all day, but I got my walk in with Leslie this morning so my Friday steps should be higher.

    Seem to be on a roll this lock down - I think it's from running more frequently instead of other cardio (possibly combined with work stress)! Hope I'm not losing too much muscle mass though. I have being doing home weights once a week, but it's not the same as my gym class.
