Glad to see I'm going in the right direction again.5 -

I knew last week’s weight gain was from salt and carbs (I had just eaten a ton of chips and salsa, plus a margarita). While this isn’t the greatest weight loss, it’s still better than an additional gain.5 -

I really appreciate the support guys, I know I haven't been a very good teammate this month I'll try to be better in May. Even though I don't say much seeing everyone's posts and great work is really inspiring to me so thank you all for being awesome.4

I forgot to post my weight this week. I did weigh on Thursday but I was off the last few days and have been busy catching up on things. For the May challenge can you put my starting weight at 102.8. That would have been my weigh in for the last week.1 -
