    20 April - 2.84 miles of Gazelle
    21 April - 2.50 miles of Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP)
    23 April - 3.35 miles of Gazelle
    25 April - 2.00 miles (est) of Walking
    26 April - 4.52 miles of SUP with friends.
    27 April - 3.40 miles of walking

    Total to date: 20.76 miles of 40 miles.

    Beautiful day after all the storms. Went for a bike ride but my dodgy tire gave out and I had to walk it a mile to the bike repair shop. They fixed it right up and I was on my way home. 77/75

    Thanks everyone... feet are healing after some rest and alternative exercise. But now I am battling poison ivy from dealing with my dog in a thicket from may last long walk.

    So here's how we did it

    I did a very painful workout session today. Needed to blow the cobwebs out..... Thanks for the bonus miles offers, but I think I got this. I appreciate the offers for help though.....

    Did an exercise video this morning and got few steps during the day, but the weather was nice, I love the wind, so I did a 2.3 mile walk when I got home, rather than parking my *kitten* on the couch (which is where it is now)
