YES! Got my crap together this week and made more efforts with my eating and got my workouts in. Sticking to IF still and did a couple of OMAD days.

Steps 5/1 9,550
I only did 4km yesterday. I stayed close to home as I was expecting a package. I did the steep hill coming up to our building 4 times. I was so tired I could not get the last km done. Today it it is going to be 16 degrees C, no packages and no rain so I am going to do a minimum of 5km.
Today’s goals
1. Walk 5 km
2. No binge eating (did last night unfortunately)

I hear ya Linda! I’ve been fighting the munchies... I’m just feeling so hungry- I’m sure it’s the stress...I’m just looking ahead and plugging away. I’ve been stuck at my current weight more or less but I’m happy I am maintaining my loss... just finding it challenging to find a new routine but am striving for that again. I’m trying not to work as much and make time for the things that make me happy- playing with my kids, cooking, eating nutritious food...balance is tricky...1
