Holding steady...I've been lax this week with things, it's my first week of summer. Lots of pizza, beers or wine at night, snackies...I feel ok with that but don't want to let it get too out of hand. I will get back to better tracking now.3 -

We haven't done a mini-challenge in a while, how about we all try to get 20-30 mins of exercise in 6/7 days this week, anything you want, walking, jogging, lifting milk jugs, whatever, just something to get our hearts pumping and calories burning...?

I went on a 45 minute bike ride today down the camp road. Hill after hill on the dirt road, I thought I was going to die! 😂2 -

Mini-challenge - Day 1, Sun 6/7
Nice long morning walk, 70 mins.
@smilee3 Nice bike ride... I haven't been on a bike in years, I have been thinking of getting one again, my last bike I ruined by leaving it outside to rust... Hill s are tough!
@Colleen790 Wow, nice walking and steps... my mini-goal for steps is 10k, but super excited if I can hit 12k!
My personal goal is to walk at least 60 mins on Sat & Sun, and 30-40 mins Mon-Fri.
