    Goals: keeping my head in the game.. been working out a lot Since March and really not seeing the scale move much. But in it for the long haul.
    I am sort of dreading tomorrow as weigh in..but trying to be okay with the outcome.

    Comments: Hip is still wonky. Jump squats felt weird so I did not get to my powerlifting today. Overall, happy with week 1. I fitnessed at least some every day and kept my calories under.

    A little disappointed in my weigh in this week, but af came last night which usually causes a lb or 2 increase. Hoping that will show in next weeks weigh in.

    I just wanted to put this here for folks who may be discouraged by scale movement. Please remember that little to no scale movement does not mean that your body composition is not changing. Always take measurement as too. While I only lost a lb this week, I still lost several inches:
    Weight:
    pw- 157/cw- 156
    Neck- 12.75/ 12.5 (-.25)
    Arm- 12.5/12.5 (-0)
    Chest- 36/34 (-2)
    Waist- 31.5/ 29.5 (-2)
    Hips- 38/ 35.5 (-2.5)
    Thigh 22.5/ 21.5 (-1)

    Total loss= 1lb and 7.75"

    Dont get discouraged if the scale is not always in your favor and remember to take those measurements!

    @kakemery This is so true. I have been taking alot more progress pictures & I can see a difference. Even when the scale is not so kind.

    NSV - I went through my summer clothes this morning. All of my big girl shorts from last year are too big & went in the donate pile. I was able to pull out shorts from 2 years ago. And they fit perfectly!!!!

    Exercise: cardio ab video and a cardio dance workout
    Comments: my husband brought home cookies. I allowed myself one for the day but man they are hard to avoid. Did tons of weeding today. Around 2 hours worth. Not a ton of calories but I could feel how hard my body was working from all the squatting.
