    Comments: Tried to lift. I only got 2 my second warm up set at 85 lbs before my hip said no :-(

    @kakemery This is so true. I have been taking alot more progress pictures & I can see a difference. Even when the scale is not so kind.

    NSV - I went through my summer clothes this morning. All of my big girl shorts from last year are too big & went in the donate pile. I was able to pull out shorts from 2 years ago. And they fit perfectly!!!!

    Congrats!!!! I was feeling discouraged because my scale movement has been so minimal this past month. I have to remind myself to focus on measurements often because the scale can be so misleading. I pulled out my "skinny pants" this weekend to try them though and they fit for the first time in almost 3 years though! So, there is definitely still progress happening.

    Goal: this week I am going to just say no to sugar. I don’t eat much but I want to focus on cutting out those 100-200 extra calories that I consume mindlessly every day.

    Anyone else having issues with the app? I have been having issues with the community not opening or my posts not working.

    @kakemery I have having trouble getting into the community also.

    I have struggling finding the motivation to workout. Does anyone here take a pre work or something like that?

    Super frustrating with the community stuff :-1:

    I take a preworkout sometimes, but not always. It depends on how long and rigorous my workout will be. I like ones with beta alanine in them.That gives you the tingles.ON is one of my favorites.
    If I am not working out long enough though, I dont like how it makes me feel. Also, all preworkouts upset my stomach is I don't have enough food in it. Typically, if my fitness is going to be less than an hour, then I skip it.

    I have been finding it difficult to focus getting into workouts this week also. There’s a lot of stuff going on in the world.
    Because I’m not working here, it’s mostly home school duties/kid wrangling for me during the day. So, I keep staying committed to myself. I’ve been meditating with Calm app and that helps me focus.

    Comments: Oof, today was hard. I think I may have had food poisoning because yesterday was not good. Then I did THENX before jillian. It was chest and tricep day and my arms were jelly by the time I got to Jillian.

    @chedaze Have you looked at THENX at all? He is a calisthenics person. There is "cardio" in it, but it's really more about strength through bodyweight movement. I am doing a "beginner" one, which is his level 2 and it is definitely hard.
