@kakemery I hope that belt is a fix-all. There is nothing worse than being in pain all the time!
@procolorer I'm so glad that it was an easy fix! I have to sugar or eat a high protein meal before workouts because I'm hypoglycemic too....terrible feeling!

My"community" tab isn't loading. I couldn't get on yesterday or today until now when I opened my browser. Any one else having this issue?

@procolorer you could be holding onto some water from being sore from all those steps. Great job!! Is that why you're disappointed?
