Dinner tonight was fish tacos. Swai cooked with black beans and seasoning. Served with lettuce, cheese, salsa, sour cream and homemade guac. I skipped the tortilla and had my salad style. But I had a beer.... And blueberry cobbler for dessert. As I said, I really need to log! But it was delicious!2

That was for July 17th I missed the Thursday so weighed in on Friday. I will weigh in this morning once out of bed.1 -
It was hot here too, so I made a cold Quinoa salad with chicken. It’s made with Quinoa, tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, cilantro and a spicy cumin based vinaigrette. I add cold rotisserie chicken and it’s done. Yum.
@kmfeig87 - I also had a cold beer with dinner. But I didn’t get cobbler. But now I’m definitely craving it 😄2 -

Everyone has been fine so far in our COVID quarantine. We had one person that was experiencing symptoms and had to go to the ER, but she seems well now.5 -
